4.4 KYC Verification. vl777 may require you to submit identity verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time in compliance with PAGCOR-regulated online gaming obligations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vl777 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency (where applicable). Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at vl777's discretion.
5.2 Currency. All Accounts are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or such other amount as vl777 may specify on the Platform.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds; and (c) vl777's internal fraud and compliance checks. vl777 targets withdrawal processing to GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes of approval, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider.
5.5 Player Funds. Real Money Funds deposited by players are held separately from vl777's operational funds. Player funds are not used for vl777's business operations.
5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit to your vl777 Account is a serious breach of these Terms. vl777 will recover the amount subject to chargeback, together with any associated costs, from your Account Balance or by other lawful means.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by vl777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play.

6.4 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (except as winnings after wagering), or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
6.5 Abuse of promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any other method designed to extract value from a promotion in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in Account closure.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of vl777 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vl777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.2 vl777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach, vl777 may forfeit the Account Balance, including any accrued bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited activity.
12.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting vl777 live chat support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures following Account closure verification.
